Robots met flapwiekels kunnen nu vliegen en zwemmen zoals puffins

Researchers at MIT and EPFL have developed a lightweight robot inspired by puffins that can both fly and swim using flapping wings. Weighing under 300 grams, the aerial-aquatic vehicle successfully demonstrated its dual capabilities during tests on Lake Geneva, where it transitioned from water to air.
