France has taken delivery of the De Grasse, a nuclear-powered attack submarine weighing 5,800 tons and representing the fourth vessel in its Barracuda-class series. The submarine, constructed by Naval Group in Cherbourg, completed dockside trials and enters service four months after initial sea testing, marking a significant advancement in the French Navy's submarine program.
