Vrijwilliger vindt verloren Declaration of Independence in Brits archief

A retired insurance executive uncovered a previously unknown copy of the Declaration of Independence while volunteering at Britain's National Archives. Michael Scurr discovered the document in May while cataloging 18th-century letters from a Royal Navy captain, attached to a report about capturing an American privateer in 1776.
