Accountantskamer wijst klacht tegen RA om conflict rond molen af

The Dutch Accountantskamer dismissed all complaints against a registered accountant involved in a prolonged rental dispute over a Frisian mill. The accountant, serving as treasurer, was permitted to continue issuing invoices and reminders on behalf of the foundation despite losing a previous court case.
