Hof verplicht advocatenkantoor tot betaling 17 miljoen dollar aan dj Tiësto

Amsterdam's Court of Appeal has ruled that law firm Greenberg Traurig must compensate DJ Tiësto with 17 million dollars for tax damage caused by professional negligence. The firm failed to recognize that Tiësto owed U.S. taxes on trust income despite his tax residency status in America, resulting in significant financial liability for the musician.
