Onderzoek: autonome AI-agenten als bedrijfsleider werkt niet goed

Back to overview

Researchers tested whether AI agents could independently run a company without human oversight. The experiment, led by Amsterdam professor Sander Klous, explored the concept of autonomous AI "employees" making strategic decisions and executing plans collaboratively. Early results suggest this approach may be problematic, raising questions about AI reliability in business leadership roles and challenging optimistic predictions about fully autonomous corporate management.
