Broadcom draagt Velero-project over aan CNCF

Broadcom has donated Velero, a Kubernetes backup and migration tool, to the Cloud Native Computing Foundation as a Sandbox project. Velero operates at the Kubernetes API layer, using Custom Resource Definitions to capture cluster state instead of relying on hypervisor or storage-layer snapshots. This transfer moves the project from Broadcom's direct control to community governance under the CNCF.
