Canadees pensioenfonds moet € 213 miljoen dividendbelasting terugbetalen

A Dutch court ruled that Canadian pension fund HOOPP must repay €213 million in dividend tax for 2013-2018. The Zeeland-West-Brabant court found HOOPP improperly claimed Dutch dividend tax refunds in a dividend stripping scheme.
