India test hypersonische raketmotor ruim 20 minuten lang

India has demonstrated significant advancement in hypersonic missile technology by successfully conducting an extended ground test of its scramjet engine component. The Defense Research and Development Organization completed a 20-minute combustion test at a facility in Hyderabad on Saturday, marking a substantial improvement over previous attempts. This 1,200-second trial of the actively cooled scramjet combustor nearly doubled the duration achieved during testing conducted earlier this year in January. The milestone represents progress toward India's goal of developing operational hypersonic cruise missile systems, with the test performed at a specialized facility operated by the Defense Research and Development Laboratory.
