Researchers have developed a new fabric inspired by cotton that can actively regulate body temperature by managing moisture and heat transfer. Unlike traditional cotton, which absorbs sweat and loses insulation when wet, this aerogel-based material maintains its thermal properties even in humid conditions, making it suitable for demanding sports and cold-weather applications.
