Tandem-zonnecellen bereiken record van 25,5 procent efficiëntie

German researchers achieved a breakthrough in solar efficiency by developing a tandem solar cell that converts 25.5 percent of sunlight into electricity, surpassing their previous record of 24.6 percent. The custom-built device, created by teams at Helmholtz-Zentrum Berlin and Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, demonstrates significant progress toward more efficient renewable energy generation.
