Anthropic’s rise is giving some OpenAI investors second thoughts

Anthropic's rapid rise is causing some OpenAI investors to reconsider their positions. A backer of both companies told the Financial Times that justifying OpenAI's recent funding round would require an IPO valuation of $1.2 trillion or higher, making Anthropic's current $380 billion valuation appear relatively attractive by comparison.
