Apple betaalt tot $95 aan iPhone-gebruikers in Siri-schikking

Back to overview

Apple has agreed to settle a $250 million class-action lawsuit over misleading marketing of its Siri AI features. Eligible iPhone users in the United States could receive payouts of up to $95 after the company promoted advanced artificial intelligence capabilities that were not available when devices launched. The lawsuit, filed in March 2025, claimed Apple deceived consumers into purchasing phones based on features that remained delayed or unavailable. The settlement requires federal judge approval before payments can be distributed.
