Fiscus legt beslag op vastgoed van vastgoedbedrijf Change

The Dutch tax authority has seized real estate belonging to property company Change. The seizure took place on 24 March, though the reason has not been disclosed publicly. Under Dutch law, such action is possible in cases of outstanding tax debts or when financial security must be provided. Change had previously faced negative publicity over disputes with tenants regarding service charges, with both the rent tribunal and courts ruling against the company.
