Geen verrekening zelfstandigenaftrek zonder eerdere claim

A Dutch court ruled that a self-employed entrepreneur cannot offset an unrealized self-employment deduction from 2011 in their 2019 tax return. Since no deduction was claimed in the original 2011 tax filing and the assessment became final, there is no offsettable amount available for compensation.
