Canadian fusion company General Fusion has partnered with Italian renewable energy firm Renexia to develop commercial fusion power plants in Italy. The framework agreement, announced June 24, outlines plans for site selection, project development, financing, and construction of fusion facilities to bring the technology from research into practical energy production.
