Handleiding verpachte gronden box 3 (2025) beschikbaar

The Dutch tax authority has released its 2025 guidelines for valuing leased land under Box 3 wealth tax. The new handbook provides updated principles and standards for assessing agricultural and other leased properties. It includes two calculation tables enabling taxpayers to easily determine land values for tax purposes, streamlining the valuation process for this asset category.
