Hoge Raad buigt zich over zekerheidstelling in cassatiezaak rond splitsing Head

The Dutch Supreme Court examines security requirements in a case involving Head's 2016 corporate split. Minority shareholders Elser & Company Ltd. and Carlisle Investments Inc. challenged the settlement, claiming their €214,500 cash compensation was unreasonably low.
