Hof: inspecteur gebonden aan box 3-overeenkomst

The Court of Appeal in Den Bosch has ruled that a tax inspector is bound by an agreement regarding the actual return on assets in box 3 (wealth tax). By concluding the agreement, the inspector accepted the possibility that the Supreme Court's case law might differ from what was negotiated with the parties involved regarding costs.
