Blue Origin has grounded its New Glenn rocket after a failed launch on Sunday left an AST SpaceMobile satellite in an unusable orbit. A faulty upper-stage engine failed to generate sufficient thrust, preventing the satellite from reaching its intended altitude. Both the upper stage and satellite subsequently reentered the atmosphere on Monday. Flights remain suspended pending a joint investigation by Blue Origin and the Federal Aviation Administration. It was only the third flight of the New Glenn rocket.
