Bezos gaf Longoria 50 miljoen: "Filantropie vereist geen rijkdom"

Jeff Bezos awarded actress Eva Longoria $50 million through his Courage and Civility Award to support her philanthropic work. Longoria, who has run the Eva Longoria Foundation since 2012 to expand opportunities for Latinas, argues that meaningful giving does not require wealth. She emphasises that mentoring, sharing knowledge and supporting small businesses are equally valuable forms of impact. Longoria is currently partnering with Lenovo to mentor small business owners.
