RA verliest opnieuw rechtszaak tegen Greenpeace bij CBb

Registered accountant Vissers from Heerlen has lost another legal battle in his long-running campaign against Greenpeace at the College van Beroep voor het bedrijfsleven (CBb). Vissers, a climate sceptic, has for years accused Greenpeace of criminal activities including vandalism, trespassing and boarding ships. He previously challenged permits for Antarctic expeditions and argued that Greenpeace is indirectly funded by Postcodeloterij participants. The CBb has now rejected his latest appeal.
