Mexican lettuce served at Taco Bell locations in five U.S. states has been linked to a cyclospora outbreak causing diarrhea, according to federal health authorities. The CDC advised consumers to avoid shredded iceberg lettuce from affected restaurants in Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio and West Virginia, as cyclospora cases have surged across more than 30 states.
