Northrop Grumman brengt geavanceerde GaN-chip in zes maanden naar markt

Northrop Grumman has accelerated development of a gallium nitride microwave chip for W-band applications, completing design and manufacturing in under six months. The semiconductor, produced at their Redondo Beach facility, targets defense and commercial sectors including radar, satellite communications, and next-generation wireless networks.
