Israeli startup NextSilicon's Spectra supercomputer, built with custom Maverick-2 chips, has completed full acceptance testing at US Sandia National Laboratories for handling complex national security and scientific tasks. The system becomes only the second to achieve this milestone through the US government's Vanguard program, which evaluates innovative chip designs against real-world
