Nieuw e-mailadres meldpunt accountants bij politie

Dutch police have established a new email address for accountants to report suspected material fraud discovered during statutory audits. Accountants are legally obligated to report significant fraud after conducting appropriate investigations. The responsibility for handling these reports has shifted to the National Investigation & Intervention Unit (LO) due to organizational restructuring, streamlining the fraud reporting process.
