VS en Japan financieren olieterminal bij Texas, effect op prijzen pas in 2028

The U.S. and Japan are jointly funding a $2.1 billion deepwater oil terminal in the Gulf of Mexico through Sentinel Midstream's Texas GulfLink project, expected to be completed by late 2028. The facility will allow large oil tankers to fully load crude oil for export, addressing current capacity constraints at shallow Texas ports.
