Omnibus-richtlijn met soepeler CSRD gepubliceerd

The EU published an omnibus directive relaxing Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) requirements. Effective for fiscal years starting January 1, 2027, CSRD now applies only to companies with over 1,000 employees and €450 million net revenue. The directive includes flexibility options for member states, easing compliance burdens on businesses while maintaining sustainability reporting standards.
