Zwitserse onderzoekers ontwikkelen quantum-chip met mechanische geheugenopslag

Swiss researchers at ETH Zurich have created a compact quantum chip measuring just 0.3 inches that stores data through mechanical vibrations instead of conventional electromagnetic methods. The device uses microscopic resonators that vibrate in different patterns to hold information, representing a novel approach to quantum memory design.
