Raad van State keurt Fiscale verzamelwet 2027 goed

The Dutch Council of State has approved the proposed Fiscal Collection Act 2027 without substantive criticism. State Secretary Eerenberg reported that the advisory division raised no objections to the bill. The Council recommended submitting the proposal to the House of Representatives, allowing parliamentary preparation to proceed smoothly without significant obstacles.
