Salesforce has unveiled "Headless 360" at its TDX developer conference in San Francisco, exposing its entire platform as APIs, MCP tools, and CLI commands so AI agents can operate it without a graphical interface. The initiative ships over 100 new tools immediately available to developers. The move represents a fundamental architectural shift, allowing AI agents to reason, plan, and execute tasks across the full Salesforce platform programmatically. The announcement comes as traditional SaaS companies face growing pressure from AI advancements that threaten to make conventional software
