During a podcast episode with Mark Cuban, who uses 60 AI applications, Grede realized she needed to accelerate her AI adoption and has enrolled in AI courses at Wharton and Harvard. Despite previously incentivizing her staff to use AI through cash bonuses two years ago, Grede admitted she personally was "using AI like a 42-year-old woman" and needed to catch up with the technology's potential.
