Stand van zaken ‘opmerkelijke belastingconstructies’

Minister Heinen submitted the 2026 Spring Budget Note to Parliament, including an updated list of remarkable tax constructions. The current list (Annex 7) contains the seven constructions from last year plus two new additions. Status updates were provided for the existing constructions, highlighting ongoing government efforts to identify and monitor potentially abusive tax schemes.
