Kennisgroep Auto trekt BPM-standpunt in na arresten Hoge Raad

The Dutch Auto Knowledge Group has withdrawn its March 2023 position on historical purchase prices in depreciation calculations. The withdrawal follows Supreme Court rulings from December 2023 and October 2025, and legislative changes to the Motor Vehicle Tax Act effective January 2024. These legal developments rendered the original guidance obsolete.
