Kennisgroep trekt zes standpunten omzetbelasting in na wettelijke aanpassingen

The Knowledge Group on Value Added Tax has withdrawn several position statements following the implementation of two government decisions from February 2026 and December 2025. These withdrawn positions addressed VAT tariff classifications for specific products and services, including stent retrievers, digital educational materials, wheelchair locking systems, corn plasters, and toilet lifts, among others. The withdrawal occurred because these matters have now been incorporated into the official Explanation Decision for Tables I and II, making the separate position statements redundant. This integration into formal regulatory guidance provides clarity on VAT treatment for the affected product categories.
