Supermicro-CEO: alleen drie aangeklaagde werknemers betrokken bij smokkelschema

Back to overview

Supermicro CEO Charles Liang stated during the company's earnings call that no employees beyond the three indicted individuals were involved in an alleged $2.5 billion server smuggling scheme to China. The indictment includes cofounder Yih-Shyan "Wally" Liaw and two others accused of violating U.S. export controls. Supermicro itself was not named in the federal indictment, and the company said it does not expect to restate earnings or find additional employee involvement based on current information.
