SEC wil beursgang aantrekkelijker maken met minder rapportages

Back to overview

The US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is proposing to relax reporting requirements for publicly listed companies. Currently, companies must disclose financial results quarterly, but the SEC wants to offer them the option to report semi-annually instead. The regulator argues this flexibility allows companies to choose reporting frequencies that best suit their business model and investors, potentially making it easier for firms to go public.
