EEOC spant zaak aan tegen New York Times wegens discriminatie witte mannelijke redacteur

The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission has sued The New York Times, claiming the newspaper illegally discriminated against a white male editor by promoting a less-qualified candidate instead. EEOC Chair Andrea Lucas believes this marks the agency's first discrimination case filed on behalf of a white man.
