The EU expands automatic cross-border ruling data exchange through DAC8, effective January 1, 2026. This seventh amendment to the European tax cooperation directive enhances information sharing between member states on cross-border tax rulings, strengthening transparency and combating tax avoidance strategies while improving compliance across the bloc.
