Boeing's experimental MQ-25 Stingray drone has returned to a Navy aircraft carrier after a five-year absence, advancing development of the first unmanned aerial refueling system designed for carrier operations. The autonomous tanker aircraft, which landed on USS Nimitz in late June, represents progress toward operational deployment expected within the coming years.
