Weichai Power's WP15 hydrogen engine has become the first heavy-duty hydrogen combustion engine worldwide to meet China VI emission standards. The 14.6-liter engine produces 600 horsepower and 2,800 N·m of torque with a thermal efficiency of 46.8%, following successful testing at the CATARC Automotive Test Center.
