China stuurt grootste offshore converter ter wereld naar zee voor windenergie

China has deployed the world's largest offshore converter station to link two major windfarms with its national grid. The two-gigawatt Haifeng Heart platform, built by Shanghai Zhenhua Heavy Industries, departed from Nantong in May and will generate approximately 6 billion kilowatt-hours annually when operational at sea.
